Reply affidavit not placed on record by the respondent strictly in terms of the order dated 21.7.2011. As it would be evident from the order dated 21.7.2011, this court was concerned as to how the respondent could place in their list as many as
150 more institutes/hospitals on the website immediately after the present petition was taken up by this court where the issue raised by the petitioner was that the respondent has not updated their list on the website by not clearly indicating the names of all the accredited private institutes/hospitals. Answer to this query is totally missing in the affidavit filed by the respondent. The respondent is directed to remain careful in future to properly follow the directions given by the court.
Counsel for the petitioner states that now since the grievance of the petitioner no more survives, therefore, she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
