01.08.2011 This is a petition for quashing of FIR No.56112010 under Sections
428/429/506/34 IPC registered at PS Anand Vihar, Delhi on the complaint ofPetitioner no.3.
In this is the matter the offence occurred after hot talks ensued between the Petitioners on trivial issues. The Petitioner no.3/complainant
Anupam Sharma, is present in person and is identified by his counsel and
Investigating Officer. He states that with the intervention ofneighbours and friends the parties have settled the matter. He states that in view of the settlement he does not want to pursue the abovementioned FIR and the
2011:DHC:11506 proceedings pursuant thereto.
In view of the fact that the parties have amicably resolved their differences of their own free will, volition and without any coercion and no useful purpose will be served in continuance of the proceedings, rather the same would create further acrimony between them, it would be in the interest of justice to quash the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto.
Consequently, FIR No.561/2010 under Sections 428/429/506/34 IPC registered at PS Anand Vihar, Delhi and proceedings pursuant thereto are hereby quashed.
Parties have signed this order .sheet m acknowledgment of their statements made before this Court.
The petition and the pending applica~ion are disposed of. Order dasti.
