02.08.2011 The petitioner's sister Shabina Khan @ Mona is present in court.
Her husband (Mohd. Saddam Hussain) is also present in court. We have enquired from Shabina Khan as to where she would like to reside. She has stated clearly in court as well as in Chambers that she wants to reside with her brother and the rest of her family members.
In these circumstances, her brother Mohd. Aftab Khan who is the petitioner herein is present in court and welcomes her wholeheartedly.
The respondent no. + has indicated that he would be pronouncing Talaq o w.P.(cRL) 966/201r Page I of2
2011:DHC:18882-DB \ and thereby dissolving the marriage with Shabina Khan @Mona who is also in agreement with this outcome. The Talaq will be pronounced and the Mehr (dower) amount will also be paid as well as other amounts as may be payable under the law. Shabina Khan @ Mona can go with her brother from thecourt premises itself.
