Parties have settled their disputes amicably. Terms of settlement have been recorded in the present application, which is marked as Mark 'C-2'. The application has been signed by Mr. Nikhil
Bhatt who is authorized representative of defendant. He is authorized to enter into settlement with the plaintiff regarding subject matter involved in the suit by virtue of Board Resolution, which is marked as Mark 'C-1'. In this regard, statement of Mr. Nikhil Bhatt, on oath, has been recorded separately. I am satisfied that settlement is lawful. Accordingly, decree is passed in view of the compromise.
Decree sheet be drawn. Since parties have settled the matter at initial stage, 50% of the Court fee be refunded to the plaintiff.
