9,50,000/- in full and final settlement of the petitioner's dues. She further states that the aforesaid payment has been made in the special facts and circumstances of the present case.
2011:DHC:7125 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in the event, the aforesaid cheque is honoured by the Bank, the petitioner would treat all his claims against the respondent company as satisfied.
Ms. Kaur assures this Court that the aforesaid cheque is good for payment.
Recording the aforesaid consent, present petition and pending application are disposed of as satisfied.
