03.08.2011 The parties agree that the Court may appoint an arbitrator.
Accordingly, I appoint Ms. Justice Rekha Sharma, retd. Judge, Delhi
High Court as the sole arbitrator to adjudicate the claims and counter claims of the parties arising out of the lease agreement dated
24.12.2009. The fee of the learned arbitrator shall be paid in accordance with the schedule offee of the Delhi High Court Arbitration
Centre. It is hoped that the learned arbitrator shall dispose of the reference within six months of her entering upon the same.
Petition stands disposed of.
