Parties have settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi
High Court Mediation 85 Conciliation Centre on July, 2011. Terms of settlement have been recorded in Settlement Agreement dated 8^
July, 2011. Both the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. In terms of the settlement, ^27,50,000/- has been paid by the counsel for the defendants to the counsel for the plaintiff through five demand drafts photocopies whereof, have been annexed with the application. In terms of the settlement, TDS Certificate and
Service Tax Paid Challans have been handed over by the counsel for the plaintiff to the counsel for the defendants. Let keys of the suit premises, presently lying in the Court, be handed over to defendant no.5 by the Registrar (Original) of this Court on 9'^ August, 2011. j
Since the matter has been settled before the Mediation Centre, Court i fee be refunded to the plaintiffin accordance with law.
Suit is disposed of in view of the settlement. All interim orders are vacated and pending applications are disposed of as infructuous.
