By this petition the Petitioner has sought protection from Respondent
No.l on the ground that he was threatening him as his money was due to
Petitioner. On a notice being issued a status report has been filed by the
State which says that the Petitioner is residing as a tenant of Respondent
No.l and is paying the rent to the Respondent No.l without default. On enquiry they found no grievance against each other.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the medical condition of the Petitioner is poor and thus he needs protection from Respondent No.l. w.P.(cRL) 9s1/2011 | page I of2

However, no medical document has been annexed in this regard.
Learned counsel for the Respondent No.l further states that the present petition has been filed only to pressurize the Respondent No.l so that he does not demand the money. He states that the Respondent No.1 has never threatened the Petitioner and that he would recover his money by following due process of law.
In view of the statement of Respondent No.l that he would recover the money due to the Petitioner in accordance with law, nothing survives in the present petition.
Petition and application are dismissed.
