Petitioner aggrieved by the act of the respondent in not complying with the directions in the order of Division Bench dated
29.03.2011. These directions of 29.03.2011 have been modified by subsequent order dated 26.05.2011 on an application preferred by the petitioner. Court had noted that because of the inaction on the part of the DDA, DDA will hold the draw of lots within 15 days on the basis of Annexure-A. The draw of lots has since been held on
