1 Smt. Nasreen Akhtar Investigating states that a Page I of 2 2011:DHC:18893 ')/ missing repoft was lodged by her. Smt. Nasreen who is present in Courl states that she has now come to know that her niece, the Petitioner No. 1 lrerein has maried Petitioner No. 2 of her own free will and she would withdraw her complaint. She further states that none of the family metnbers have threatened or would threaten or interfere in the peaceful manied life of the Petitioners. In view of the statement of Smt. Nasreen Akhtar the Petitioners state that they do not press the present petition with the leave that as and when there is any threat they would approach the SHO, PS Jamia Nagar, who will take action in accordance with law.
