10.08.2011 Today counsel for the petitioner - tenant says that there has been a settlement between the parties and as per the settlement the respondent has permitted her to stay in the tenanted premises till 2?"' December, 2011 and has also agreed not to claim the amount of? 50,000 per month from the petitioner which she had been directed to pay to him vide order dated IS"^ July, 2011.
Counsel for the respondent says that the respondent has agreed to give the petitioner that much time to vacate the tenanted premises and also not to charge the aforesaid amount from her provided she undertakes to this Court to vacate the tenanted premises on or before 2?"' December, 2011 and forther undertakes that in case she fails to vacate the premises then not only she would become liable to be evicted forthwith but she would also become liable to pay a sum of? 50,00 per month as ordered on 15 July,

ORDER
2011. Counsel for the petitioner says that healso has the same instructions and togive an undertaking on behalfof the petitioner to this Court on the aforesaid terms stated bythe counsel for the respondent. The undertaking given on behalf of the petitioner - tenant as aforesaid is accepted. This petitionis accordingly now dismissed as withdrawn as prayed by counsel for the petitioner.
