Learned counsel for the respondent has pointed out that in terms of the directions of this Court dated 26.5.2011, extension of time had been sought for comphance of this order which had been allowed vide order dated 03.8.2011 up to 30.9.2011; his contention being that the contempt petition has become infructuous. Copy of that order has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner who seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.
