09.08.2011 By this petition the Petitioners have sought protection as the
Petitioners who are major have married of their own free will contrary to the wishes ofRespondent Nos. 2 and 3.
On a notice being issued, Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are present in
Court. They state that they had only lodged a missing report when the
Petitioner No. 1 went missing. Since now they have come to know that the
Petitioner No. 1 who is a major has married Petitioner No.2 of her own

In view of the statements of Respondent Nos. 2 and 3, the Petitioners do not press the present petition and application.
Petition and application are dismissed as not pressed.
