ORDER
1. This application has been filed under order 23 rule lof the CPC by the plaintiff. The plaintiff has stated that a settlement has been arrived at with the defendant who has executed a sale deed dated June, 2011 in respect of the red portion of the basement as per the enclosed site plan in favour of the plaintiff. The plaintiff has prayed for leave to withdraw the suit. There can be no objection to the grant of prayer made in this application. The application is accordingly allowed. CS(OS)311/2011
