* The only reason for the petitioners to approach this Court is that no officer has been appointed to the DRAT and it is stated that the Presiding Officer is holding a dual charge and is scheduled to hold the sitting on 17/18.08.2011. Since the threat of dis-possession is stated to be imminent, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks protection till the DRAT is able to take up the matter.
Learned counsel for the respondents states no precipitative action will be taken till 18.08.2011 or till the first date when the matter is listed before the DRAT. We have taken the statement on record and accordingly dispose of the writ petition and the application.
Dasti to learned counsel for the parties under the signatures of the Court Master.
