Counsel for the respondents submits that after the passing of the impugned order dated 14.05.2010, the petitioners were terminated fiot their seruice and in view of the termination of these petitioners the impugned order dated L4.05.2010 has lost its efficacy.
After some arguments, counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to urge the plea before the Industrial Tribunal of the respondents having not taken any permission from the Tribunal for initiating action against the petitioners-workmen as per the requirement of section 33 A of the lndustrial Disputes Act.
