Learned proxy counsel for the learned Standing Counsel placed on record the order dated 3'd June, 20II passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in a writ of habeas corpus filed by Respondent No. 4 wherein the Petitioner No. 1 appeared and stated that she had married Petitioner NO. 2 of her own free will and she is major. Learned proxy counsel also informs that the Petitioners are not staying at the address given and thus the SHO could not provide them the security at that place.
Since none is present on behalf of the Petitioners, it appears that they are not interested in prosecuting the present petition any further.
Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
