/ j 3241325134L13421506134 IPC against the petitioner Nos. 1 to 5 vide FIR No.22512009 at P.S. Jamia Nagar on the complaint of the petitioner No.6.
Learned APP submits that the charge sheet has already l been filed but the charges have not been framed.
2011:DHC:9259 f1/ , Mr. Shakeel slo Sh. Mohd. Saleem, petitioner No.6 on whose complaint the aforesaid FIR was registered, is personally present in Court and submits that he does not want to pursue the case and he has settled all grievances against the petitioners. He further submits that since they are residing in the same locality, therefore, he does not want enmity to continue. He further submits that if the aforesaid FIR is quashed he has no objection.
Keeping the statement of the petitioner No.6 into view, and the settlement has already arrived at between the parties more so the petitioner No.6/complainant does not want to pursue the case further. f n the interest of justice, the aforesaid FIR No. 22512009 under Section 3241325134713421506134 Indian Penal Code, 1860, P.S. Jamia Nagar and all proceedings emanating therefrom are hereby quashed.
Crl.M.C.No.2693l20L1 is allowed.
Although, the Government machinery has been used and precious time of the Court has also been consumed, however, keeping in view the financial position of the petitioner Nos. 1 a
'' to 5, I defer imposing the costs on the petitioners.
