Accordingly, this petition is allowed. I appoint Mr. Pretesh kapur, Advocate, Tel. No. 292]-2824, as the Sole Arbitrator, who shall adjudicate the disputes, claims & counter-claims'between the parties.
The fees of the learned Arbitrator shall be paid as^ per the Schedule of
Fees prescribed under the rules of the Delhi High Court Arbitration
Centre.
A copy of this order be communicated to the learned Arbitrator.
The petition stands disposed of.
