CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE MUKTA GUPTA o/o 17.08.2011
By this petition the Petitioner seeks further parole on the ground that he had to file a curative petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court as the
SLP and the review petition have already been dismissed. The Petitioner was granted parole for a period of four weeks with effect from 13ft March to
12th April,2011 on the ground that he wanted to look after his ailing mother.
The SLP and the review petition had already been dismissed by that time and the Petitioner could have filed the curative petition at that time. He did not do so. I find no reason to grant parole on this ground.
Petition is dismissed.
