JUDGMENT

1. The counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw these petitions in light of the judgment dated 4th July, 20II passed in Writ Petition (C) NO. 2011:DHC:18117 23612010 (Satpal Singh vs. Delhi Sik*r Gurdwara Management Committee & Anr.) with liberty to approach the appellate authority within two weeks.

2. If the Petitioners approach the appellate authority within two weeks, the appellate authority will dispose of each of their appeals within a period of three months thereafter. It would be open to the Petitioners, if aggrieved by the decision of the appellate authority, to seek such other appropriate remedies as are available to them in law.

3. Needless to say that the Petitioners, who have been placed at suspension by the Respondents, will continue to receive subsistence allowance in accordance with the applicable rules during the period of suspension.

4. Accordingly, the petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the above directions and observations along with liberty as prayed for. {\ '{ v S.MURALIDHAR. J AUGUST t[6],2otl Sd
