This is a petition for quashing of FIR No. 30512004 under Sections
4g8N406l34lPcregistered at PS Preet vihar, Delhi.
The Complainant/Petitioner No. 1 is present in person' The
Complainant states that the disputes between the Petitioner No. 2' her husband have been amicably resolved and they afe living together peacefully. In view of the fact that the clisputes between the parties have
-.:f. been resolved the Complainant/Petitioner No. 1.does not want to pursue the present complaint and the proceedings pursuant thereto.
In the present FIR only the Petitioner No. 2 was charged for offence punishable under Section 498A IPC and the other family members were discharged.

Inviewofthefactthatthepartieshaveamicablyresolvedtheir differences of their own free will, volition and without any coercion and no useful purpose will be served in continuance of the proceedings, rather the same would create fuither acrimony between them, it would be in'the interest of justice to quash the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto. consequently, FIR No. 305/2004 under sections 498N406134 IPC. registered at PS Preet Vihar, Delhi and the proceedings pursuant thereto are quashed.
Parties, who are identified by their counsel and the Investigating officer, have signed this order sheet in acknowledgment of their statements made before this Court.
