JUDGMENT

1. This is an application which seeks modification of order dated 22 January 2024 in respect of para 5 thereof which reads thus:

“5. Mr. Ajay Kumar Singh, learned Counsel for the respondent, submits that the respondent has taken a decision to refund the entire fees deposited by institutions whose applications were rejected without inspection and 90% of the fees of institutions whose applications were rejected after inspection.”

2. There is no question of modification of the aforesaid order.

3. The Court recorded the statement made by the Counsel on instructions. If parties are allowed to file applications resiling from the statement made by Counsel on instructions, there will be no end to litigation. W.P.(C) 911/2024

4. The application is dismissed.
