18.08.2011 By this petition the Petitioner seeks extension of parole on the ground that he has to sell the house and make arrangement for finances for the studies ofhis daughter and son.
According to the Petitioner, he was granted parole for a period offour weeks by the competent authority for filing the SLP and for other social responsibilities which he has availed and surrendered on 12"^ August,2011.
He states that though he had given an advertisement for sale of the house,the deal could not be finalized.
I have heard learned counsel for the Petitioner at length. Since the
Petitioner has already availed parole for a period offour weeks on account of filing the SLP and for other social responsibilities, I find no ground to grant him further parole for the purpose ofselling the house.
Petition is dismissed.
