Present joint application has been filed under Order 23 Rule 3 of the
Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 read with Rule 9 of the Companies (Court)
Rules, 1959. The said application is duly signed by both the counsel as well as by the parties.
In view of the aforesaid, the Settlement Agreement dated 19th August, 2011 is taken on record and the present petition is disposed of in
( terms thereof. Both the parties are held bound by the aforesaid settlement.
In the event ofbreach of settlement, the aggrieved party is granted liberty to approach this Court.
With the aforesaid observations, the present petition and pending application are disposed of.
