By this petition the Petitioner seeks parole on the ground that his son- in-law has expired on 26th August, 2011 and besides being present at the ceremonies he is required to console his daughter.
On a notice being issued a status report has been filed which verifies the factum of the death of the son-in-law of the Petitioner on 26th August, 2011 at 7.45 a.m.
In view of the facts verified, I deem it a fit case to grant parole to the
Petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the Petitioner be released on parole for a period of ten days on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.
20,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM/Duty Magistrate.
Petition is disposed of. Order dasti.
