ORDER
1. The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner on instructions from the petitioner submits that in view of the order passed today in CM No.13620/2011 in RFA No.254/2010, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition in the event of violation of the undertaking given by the petitioner today.
