By this petition the Petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 722/2000 under Sections 406/408/409/420/467/468/4711120B IPC registered at PS
Okhla Industrial Area, Delhi on the complaint ofRespondent No.2.
The allegations as set out in the complaint are that there were dispute between the partners i.e. the Petitioner and the Respondent No. 2 wherein the Petitioner used photocopy of the expired passport of the Respondent NO. 2 for opening a bank account and for this purpose he also used the company's letter head on which signatures of the Respondent No. 2
