This is a petition for quashing of FIR No. 4312011 under Sections t 4I8N34IPC registered at PS New Usman Pur, Delhi.
The complainantlRespondent No. 2 is present in person who is identified by the Investigating Officer and her counsel. The complainant states that the disputes between the Petitioner No. 1 and her have been amicably resolved and they are living together as husband and wife. In view tt

1/ of the fact that the disputes between the parties have been resolved the complainant does not want to pursue the present complaint.
Since the parties have amicably resolved their difference and the pendency of the present proceedings will bring further acrimony and disharmony between the two, it would be in the interest of justice if the present FIR i! quashed.
Accordingly, FIR No. 4312011 under Sections 498N34IPC registered at PS New Usman Pur, Delhi and the proceedings pursuant thereto are quashed.
