30.08.2011 By the present petition the relief sought by the Petitioner is regarding quashing of the proceedings pending against the Petitioners vide DD Nos. 76B196, 31N96, 21B197, 738/97, lON87, 18N87, 578/91 and 24N87 lodged by P.S.
Patel Nagar, New Delhi pending before the Learned Metropolitan Magistrate. In the alternative it is prayed that order dated 19'" August, 1002 passed by this Court be corrected to read as P.S. Patel Nagar instead ofP.S. Karol Bagh.
Briefly the facts of the case are that on 25'" October, 1999 Sh. Harpal Singh
Pahwa had applied for grant of a lodging license to run" guest house in the name: and style "Amrapali" on 2/16 East Patel Nagar, New Delhi with the Petitioner
No.1 as the co-lesser. While the process was on for grant of license the Police
Station Patel Nagar filed a Kalandra under Section 28/112 of the Delhi Police Act against the Petitioners for running (he guest houst! without a license. The

Misc. (main) 321199 wherein this Court quashed the proceedings arising out of the
DO Nos. 76B/96, 3IA/96, 2IB/97, 73B/97, 20N87, 28N87, 57B/91 and 24N87 on 19Lh
August, 2002. However inadvertently in the impugned order instead ofP.S.
Patel Nagar P.S. Karol Bagh was mentioned. Due to this typographical error the proceedings in the said 00 enuies continued against the Petitioners before the learned trial court.
By this petition the Petitioner seeks quashing of the abovementioned DD entries or clarification of the order dated 191h
August, 2002. In view of the fact the 19L11 kalandra against the Petitioner has already been quashed, the order dated
August, 2002 passed by this Court in Cr!. Misc.(M) 32111999 is clarified to read
P.S. Patel Nagar instead ofP.S. Karol Bagh therein. Thus the proceedings pending before the learned trial court pursuant to DD Nos. 76B/96, 3 1A196, 2IB/97, 73B/97, 20N87, 28A187, 57B/91 and 24N87 P.S. Patel Nagar are quashed.
Petition stands disposed of.
