This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of the complaint bearing No.1042/1/10 titled as M/s. BEl Confluence
Communication Ltd. vs. M/s. P.B.'s Health and Glow Clinic Pvt. Ltd. &
Anr. pending in the Court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate.
After brief submissions, the learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the petition and prays that he may be permitted to file an application seeking exemption from appearance for the petitioner
No.2 who is stated to be a lady of 68 years of age.

2011:DHC:9756 In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file such application, seeking exemption from appearance for the petitioner No.2 on the basis of her old age, as may be permissible in law.
It is expected that learned Metropolitan Magistrate will dispose of this petition as expeditiously as possible.
