Ily this petition the Petitioner seeks parole on the ground that his mothcr is sulfering fiorn brain tumor and also to re-establish ties. On a noticc bcing issued a status repoft was filed according to which the father of the Petitioner was not suffering fiom old age ailment and as regards the tnother also, though on enquiry from the neighbours it is revealed that she is suffering ftorn brain turnor, however, this fact is not supporled by any medical document. ty.P.(cRL) 760/2011

In the interest of justice I deem it to be a fit case for grant of parole to the Petitioner. It is therefore directed that the Petitioncr be released on parole for a period of four weeks on his fuinishing a personal bond in the surn of I{s. 25,0001 with two sureties of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Courl/ CMM.
Petition is disposed of.
Copy of the order be communicated to the Petitioner through
Superintendent Tihar Jail.

0s.10.2011 Cr1.M.A. 11914/2011 By this application the Petitioner seeks reduction in the number of sureties and the surety amount so that he can avail the parole as he is not in a position to fuinish sureties as directed vide order dated 5th Septemb er,20II.
For the reasons stated in the application, as the Petitioner has root in the society because his parents and brother are living in their house at
Muzafar Nagar, and also he surrendered in time when he was last granted parole, I deem it fit to reduce the surety amount. It is therefore directed that the Petitioner be now released on parole foi a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one surety of the w.P.(cRL) 760/2011 p&ge I of 2
