JUDGMENT

1. This is a Letters Patent Appeal by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi assailing judgment dated 31 May 2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in a batch of writ petitions.

2. Identical LPAs filed by the MCD against the impugned judgment of the learned Single Judge already stand dismissed by the Division Bench of this Court in a batch headed by LPA 720/2024.

3. The MCD cannot be permitted therefore to seek to re-agitate its challenge to the learned Single Judge by way of yet another LPA. Since MCD has already lost in its challenge in identical LPAs, this LPA 1099/2024 LPA is dismissed without going into merits.
