The Petitioners who are present in !court state that they could not get along as the marriage was not consummated and they undertake. to seek annulment of their marriage. Petitioner No.1 has rejoined her parents.

Petitioner No.1 further states that on joining !her parents i.e. Respondent NO. 4 & 5 she had lodged a complaint with P lS. Hazrat Nizamuddin on 17th august, 2011 and she will not pursue the saiq complaint.
In view of the subsequent events as :~he present petition has become infructuous and the Petitioners seek leave to/ withdraw the present petition.
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn SEPTEMBER 02, 2011
