ORDER o/o 06.09.20L1" -fhis is a petition under Section 24 read with section 151 CPC fortransfer of the petition filed by the petitioner under Section B of the Hindu Minority and
Guardianship Act, 1956 bearing P.G. No.16/2011 titled as'Deepika Sethi Vs.
State and Ors', pending in the court of Sh.O.P. Guptal, learned District Judge, lll (West), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, to this court and to treat the same as a petition under section 72 of the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1956.
Counsel for the petitioner has r"ii"O upon decision rendered by this court in the case of Ms.Veena Dhawan Vs. State & Ors. (T.P.Civil No.4512011).
Counsel for the respondents, who have entered appearance, have no objection if the petition is allowed.
