By this petition the Petitioners seek protection to prevent criminal h'ess- pass in the property allegedly owned and possessed by the Petitioners fi'om the neighbors who intend to purchase the same form the Petitioners.
A status report has been filed stating that on an inquiry the facts stated by the Petitioners were not substantiated. There were no threats received by the
Petitioners. It is fuither stated that the beat staff of the area is paying regular visits at the said properfy for the security and safety of the Petitioners. It is however, reiterated that presently there is no security threat to the Petitioners from the alleged persons.
In view of the fact that the SHO, PS Fatehpur Beri has found out that there is no security threat at the moment to the Petitioners from the alleged persons and the beat staff is paying regular visits at the properfy for securify and safety of the Petitioners, no further orders are required to be passed.
Petition is disposed of.
