02.09.2011 No reply has been filed by the respondent. Counsel for the respondent states that the respondent does not oppose the petition and consents to the appointment of a sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. This is obviously without prejudice to the objection that the respondent has to the various claims on merits, or may raise in law. Accordingly, I appoint Ms. Justice Manju Goel, retired Judge, Delhi High Court, as the sole Arbitrator.
The fees of the Local Commissioner is agreed to be paid as per the schedule of Delhi High Court Arbitration Centre. A copy of this order be communicated to the learned Arbitrator.
