06.09.2011 Today in Court, it is agreed by the parties that respondent-
Webchutney Studio Pvt. Ltd. shall pay a total amount of
Rs.18, 19,561.60/- towards principal amount and Rs.5,86,801 .20/- towards interest at the rate of 10% per annum in the following manner: -

September, 2011 for an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- drawn
2011:DHC:7626 7L on FIDFC Bank, Deer Park, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi branch has today been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner against receipt.
Rs.4,50,000/- by cheque No. 513278 dated 20th Octobei, 2011 drawn on HDFC Bank Ltd. Safdarjung Enc1av
Branch, New Delhi favouring the petitioner.
Rs.4,50,000/- by cheque No. 513279 dated 20t November, 2011 drawn on HDFC Bank Ltd. Safdarjung
Enclave Branch, New Delhi favouring the petitioner.

December, 2011 drawn on HDFC Bank Ltd. Safdarjung v) Rs.6,53,181.50/- by cheque No. 513281 dated 201h

The aforesaid post dated cheques have been handed over to the authorised representative of the petitioner in Court today.
Photocopies of the aforesaid cheques and Manager's cheque have been placed on record.
(Me1 NPmM, 43~ T Mr. Santosh K. Bhatia, General Manager (Finance) of respondent company who is personally present in Court states that the aforesaid cheques are good for payment and shall be honoured on presentation.
It is further agreed between the parties that in case the aforesaid cheques are dishonoured for any reason, petitioner shall be at liberty to initiate contempt of Court proceedings against Mr. Siddharth Rao, Managing Director of respondent company.
In view of the aforesaid settlement, petitioner hereby withdraws the present petition as well as pending application and all claims against the respondent company stand satisfied.
