12.09.2011 Learned APP for the State on instructions from Insp. Sunil Kumar states that a closure report has been filed in the present case.
Since a closure report has already been filed, the Petitioner would be at liberty to take remedy available to him as is available in law. However, no case for cancellation of bail of the Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 is made out at this stage.
Petition is accordingly dismissed.
