Khushboo is present in court. She has stated that she would like to continue to reside with her parents. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that some complaints have been filed on the part of the Khushboo's brother (Respondent No. 3). Khushboo's father is present in court and he as well as the petitioner who is also present in court have stated that they would co-operate with each other in putting to an end the cases filed against each other.
In view of the fact that now the matter has been amicably resolved and Khushboo would be residing with her parents no further directions are necessary in this writ petition.
