HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANMOHAN 16.09.2011 Present petition has been filed under Rule 9 of the Companies
(Court) Rules, 1959 seeking a direction to the Voluntary Liquidator, namely, I\4r. Sanjeev Singla to furnish information and documents as sought fOr by the Official Liquidator.
Keeping in view the averments in the petition, the Voluntary
Liquidator, Mr. Sanjeev Singla, B-5/7, Mianwali Nagar, New Delhi - 110
041 is directed to appear before Mr. Raissudin, Deputy Official Liquidator th
October, 2011 at 2.30 p.m. along with all documents mentioned in paragraph 4 of the present petition.
Registry is directed to forthwith communicate this order to
Mr. Sanjeev. Singla at the aforesaid address along with a copy of the company petition but without enclosing annexures.

With the aforesaid observations, the present petition stands disposed of.
