19.09.2011 The petitioner's daughter Swati is present in Court. She has, as on the previous occasion, stated once again that she wants to reside with her husband
Mehraj Khan (respondent No. 3). Swati has also had a meeting with her parents and she has remained firm on her decision. She is admittedly about l9 years old and, therefore, she has taken this conscious decision on her own. The learned counsel for Swati and Mehraj Khan has stated that they shall not pursue the complaints and allegations that they had filed, if any, against the petition". oi his other family members. The petitioner has also assured this Court that there would be no hindrance on his part.
In view of the foregoing, the writ petition stands disposed of.
