Chaya. We had directed that Neeta be produced before court. She is present. We have asked her as to whether she would like to reside with her parents. She has answered in the negative. We have enquired from her as to whether she wants to continue to reside at Nirmal Chaya and she again stated that she would not like to continue to reside there. We then enquired as to whether she would like to reside with her sister, the petitioner herein. who is an adult and is married and also has a child.
Neeta straightaway agreed and stated that she would like to reside with her sister, the petitioner herein. The petitioner also welcomes her sister and has stated that she would take good care of her. In these a
2011:DHC:17090-DB circumstances, we direct that Neeta need not return to Nirmal Chaya and, from the court premises itself, she may go with her sister and henceforth she will be in the custody of her sister till she attains majority.
