"oo"u'ln"re is a detay of 473days in re-fiting the appeal' The only explanation given is that the paper book was sent to the Department as there was an objection raised regarding the dim annexures. a We fail to appreciate that it took one and half years to type the annexures.
This is hardly a reason on the basis of which the delay ought to be
' condoned.
We are informed by learned counsel for the respondent/assessee that a fresh order has already been passed by the assessing officer and thus the appeal has become infructuous.
We had given time to learned counsel for the appellanVrevenue, but he has still'not been able to get any information from the Department.
