Learned counsel for the respondents fairly states that the petitioner can be provisionally admitted to the School subject to verification of the OBC certificate submitted. Reason for the delay is stated to be that verification of the OBC certificate is still in progress.
We appreciate the stand of learned counsel for the respondents and, thus, the petitioner may visit the School for completion of formalities on 14.09.2011 when the petitioner will be given provisional admission. We, however, make it clear that this is subject to due verification of the OBC certificate. r
The appeal accordingly stands disposed of.
