The present petition has been filed under Section 560(6) of the
Companies Act, 1956 for restoration of name of petitioner-company.
Mr. K.S. Pradhan, Deputy Registrar of Companies appearing for respondent states that he has no objection to the name of the petitioner- company being restored provided petitioner-company files all the statutory documents, i.e., Annual Returns from 1992-93 to 2009-2010 and Balance
Sheets as at 1992-93 to 2009-2010 and Form No. 32 for change in directorship of the petitioner-company and an undertaking for encashment of paid up capital by filing of return of allotment of shares w.e.f. 13t1 December, 2000 with filing fee and additional fee as applicable as on the date of actual filing date.

PET 461201I Page / of 2 2011:DHC:7662 (D Keeping in view the fact that the Annual Returns and Balance Sheets have not been filed by the petitioner-company for a period of nearly 18 years, Mr. Nityanand Singh, learned counsel for petitioner-company himself states that petitioner-company would pay additional costs of
1,50,0001- to respondent.
Accordingly, upon payment of costs of 7 1,50,0001- within a period of three weeks, the name of the petitioner-company shall stand restored and its status would be changed from inactive to active company. Petitioner- company is granted four weeks' time to file all the statutory documents, i.e., Annual Returns from 1992-93 to 2009-2010 and Balance Sheets as at
1992-93 to 2009-20 10 and Form No. 32 for change in directorship of the petitioner-company and an undertaking for encashment of paid up capital by filing of return of allotment of shares w.e.f.
13th December, 2000 with filing fee and additional fee as applicable as on the date of actual filing date.
With the aforesaid observations, present petition and application stand disposed of. iI
