ORDER o 19.09.2011 By the present petition the Petitioner seeks parole on the gound that he has to reestablish ties. During the pendency of the present petition an application was moved for preponement'of the date of hearing as the
Petitioner's brother had died in a train accident on 17th August, 20II.
On a notice being issued, the factum of death of Petitioner's brother in train accident on 17h August, 20II at Nangloi Railway Station has been verified. As per the nominal roll, the conduct of the Petitioner in jail is satisfactory though he has been granted no parole till now as he has been in custody for a period of nearly 1 year and 11 months including remissions. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit to grant parole to the

\ r' /2L -( It is therefore, directed that the Petitioner be released on parole for a period four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of
Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the leamed Trial Court/CMM.

Copy of the order be communicated to the Petitioner through
Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
