CRL.M.C. 173912010 By this petition the Petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 60412009 under Section 406 IPC registered at P.S. Mandawali on the complaint of
Respondent No.2.
During the mediation, settlement was arrived at between the parties

CRL.M.C. 173912010 By this petition the Petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 60412009 under Section 406 IPC registered at P.S. Mandawali on the complaint of
Respondent No.2.
During the mediation, settlement was arrived at between the parties

2011:DHC:13012 ,/ /\ and as settled a sum of Rs. 56 lakhs has been paid to the Respondent No.2 in 1 full and final settlement of all her claims. It has also been decided that the
Respondent No.2 would now be entitled to be operate the bank account and the locker being held in the name of the deceased husband of Respondent
No.2, \,t Respondent No.2 is present in person and identified by her counsel.
<J She states that the Petitioner and Respondent No.2/Complainant have entered into a Compromise. She further states that in view of the settlement between the parties, she does not want to pursue the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto. ln view of the fact that the parties have amicably resolved their
T'/ ' differences of their own free will, volition and without any coercion and no useful purpose will be served in continuance of the proceedings, rather the same would create further acrimony between them, it would be in the intsrest of justice to quash the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto.
Consequently, FIR No. 604/2009 under Section 406 IPC registered at
P.S. Mandawali and proceedings pursuant thereto are hereby quashed.
