19.09.2011 This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 11 of the Arbitation and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointrnent of sole
( arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between parties.

-: given their consent, after taking instructions frorn their respective clients, that the matter be referred to the sole arbitrator by this Court for adjudication r of the disputes raised by the parties.

With the consent of the parties, the present petition is allowed.
) th 2011:DHC:6861 ? The disputes are referred to the arbitration, to be conducted under the aegis of Delhi High Court Arbitration Centre and its nrles. Parties shall appear before tlre Delhi High Court Arbitration Centre on 28.09.20II. The
Arbitrator appointed by the Delhi High Court Arbitration Centre shall give prior notice before commencing the proceedings. The petition stands disposed of. A copy of the order be sent to Delhi High Cotut Arbitration
