19.09.20t1 This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointrnent of sole
,.. arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between parties.
While considering the present petition, both the parties have given their consent, after taking instructions from their respective clients, 'q-' that the rnatter be referred to the sole arbitrator by this Court for adjudication of the disputes raised by the parties.
With the consent of the parties, the present petition is allowed.
